Introducing the Cubitts × Camille Walala Cleaning Cloth
Our latest cleaning cloth, designed exclusively for Cubitts by East London-based artist Camille Walala.
A self-proclaimed ‘purveyor of positivity’, Walala is known the world over for her signature use of vibrant colours and bold, geometric patterns, inspired by the likes of the Memphis Movement and the Ndebele tribe.
The cloth is complimentary for all Cubitts customers, or available to buy for £5, with all proceeds donated to Camille’s charity of choice: End Youth Homelessness.
An oversized cloth featuring a second artwork is available for £10, and strictly limited to 300 pieces.
CUBITTS FOR CAMILLE WALALA
To mark the launch of our cloth, we created a one-off pair of suitably geometric Everilda sunglasses.
Watch the story of the frame, from inspiration to finished sunglass, below.
The Everilda is made from our ‘Stripe Yellow’ acetate, chosen for its bold lines and bright shocks of yellow, a fitting tribute to Camille and her bold, bright aesthetic.
