You can buy right here online or in one of our stores. Our frames can be purchased with or without prescription lenses, in optical or as sunglasses. You can see our full price list here.

Online – If you’re ordering prescription lenses, we’ll just need an up-to-date spectacles prescription, including your name, the date of eye test, recall date, and the optometrist’s signature. We will also need your pupillary distance, so we’ll send you a link to allow you to measure yours. 

In store – We can take care of everything you need at all of our stores.

Please note that given the unprecedented situation occurring globally, we are currently only able to accept out of date prescriptions from patients who have lost or broken spectacles needed to perform their daily activities safely, or who are key workers. All customers are required to comply with this when placing an essential order. 

We also ask that in these unusual circumstances you will be diligent in getting an eye examination as soon as it is safe to do so.

What happens after I order?

Our team will review your order and, if necessary, get in touch with any questions. You will then receive confirmation of your order via email with an estimated date of delivery. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched or, if you opted to collect your order, when it has arrived at your chosen location.

Can I check on the status of my order?

You can view the current status and location of any order by signing into your Cubitts account.

Can I change my order?

We start processing orders as soon as possible, 7 days a week, so if you’d like to make any changes please contact us as quickly as you can.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online with secure payment. You can also pay via Apple Pay, or over the phone through our secure payment gateway.

Can I order more than one pair with different prescriptions?

Absolutely. If you would like to do this, the best way is to place separate orders for each pair.

How old do I have to be to order prescription spectacles?

As we are not NHS affiliated, the minimum age we can process a prescription order for is 16 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 can still place a non prescription order online or in store.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders over €75, however this will not include duties and tax to deliveries going outside of the UK. Each country has different rules for customs and import duties. We suggest that you check before purchasing here.

Additional Shipping Information for EU Customers

Due to recent changes in the UK & EU’s trade agreements, customers living within the EU will no longer be charged VAT at checkout. Our prices have stayed the same. But your order will be shipped on a DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) service meaning import VAT will be covered by us.

EU orders take an additional 3 working days, an additional 4-6 days for US orders, and an additional 5-6 working days for the rest of the world.

Due to unexpected volumes, some orders may be delayed by up to three days — you will receive an updated estimate in your order confirmation.

How will my order be delivered?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us and email updates from the couriers with detailed delivery information.

Can I collect my order in store?

This service is currently not available, but we hope to bring it back soon.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy from the date you receive your order, including non prescription and prescription lenses. This excludes Bespoke orders, monogrammed cases, or otherwise personalised products which we cannot offer a return on unless there is a fault with the product. We use Royal Mail in the UK to facilitate our free returns policy, however postage for all international returns must be paid for by the sender. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the money to reach your bank account.

We are happy to refund in full or exchange any item if you are not satisfied. Simply log into your account to begin the returns/exchange process.

Can I return an unused gift card?

Yes, we're happy to refund an unused gift card if it is within our 30-day return policy.

If I purchase a set, can I return just one of the items within it?

Of course. You’re welcome to return either the frame or the accessory from your set, however if you require a refund you will lose the discount applied to the set purchase.
