ORDERING AND RETURNS
Online – If you’re ordering prescription lenses, we’ll just need an up-to-date spectacles prescription, including your name, the date of eye test, recall date, and the optometrist’s signature. We will also need your pupillary distance, so we’ll send you a link to allow you to measure yours.
In store – We can take care of everything you need at all of our stores. A full list of prices and services is available here.
What happens after I order?
Our team will review your order and, if necessary, get in touch with any questions. You will then receive confirmation of your order via email with an estimated date of delivery. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched or, if you opted to collect your order, when it has arrived at your chosen location.
Can I check on the status of my order?
You can view the current status and location of any order by signing into your Cubitts account.
Can I change my order?
We start processing orders a soon as possible, 7 days a week, so if you’d like to make any changes please contact us as quickly as you can.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online with secure payment. You can also pay via PayPal, or over the phone through our secure payment gateway.
Can I order more than one pair with different prescriptions?
Absolutely. If you would like to do this, the best way is to place separate orders for each pair.
How much does US delivery cost?
Delivery is free to anywhere in the US on all orders over $75.
How long will my order take to arrive?

EU orders take an additional 3 working days, an additional 4-6 days for US orders, and an additional 5-6 working days for the rest of the world.
How will my order be delivered?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us and email updates from the couriers with detailed delivery information.
Can I collect my order in store?
This service is only available in our London stores. To do so, follow the click and collect instructions at the checkout and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy from the date you receive your order, however postage for all international returns must be paid for by the sender.
